2/      Having visited hundreds of small businesses I can clearly tell you that most owners of business's that are small, maybe an owner and a few staff, will put up a WEB Site, but they want a simple (basic) WEB Site that does not cost the world, because most small businesses need every dollar to count and have nothing to spare.
